Heather Benveniste earned her law degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Law and has been proudly serving as a licensed Illinois attorney since November 6, 2003. While she began her career handling commercial collections and litigation, she now channels that valuable insider background into exclusively representing defendants and debtors.
Her practice is dedicated to helping clients across the state navigate overwhelming financial stress. Heather offers personalized guidance to help individuals avoid bankruptcy, protect their rights, and build a brighter financial future. By aggressively negotiating and resolving cases directly with creditors, she works tirelessly to achieve manageable solutions and restore her clients' peace of mind.
Prior to her legal career, Heather graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Choral Music Education in May 2000. Today, when she is not fighting for her clients' financial freedom, she loves stepping out of the office and onto the stage in community theatre productions.
